Plot summary

He also has a loyal servant, Krishna, who considers Dhanraj as his god. Dhanraj's brother-in-law, Nandlal (Paresh Rawal), and his wife, Kamla (Aruna Irani), are greedy and jealous of Dhanraj's wealth. They conspire with Dhanraj's manager, Kashinath (Satish Kaushik), to ruin his business and reputation. They succeed in making Dhanraj bankrupt by forging his signatures and embezzling his money. Dhanraj is shocked to learn that he has lost everything and suffers a heart attack. He is admitted to the hospital where he learns that Nandlal has taken over his house and assets. He also finds out that his wife and children have left him, except for Jyoti, who stays with him.

Krishna decides to help Dhanraj and Jyoti by taking them to Mumbai, where he works as a taxi driver. He also tries to find Ravi and Kanchan, who have gone missing.
